Little Minds is designed to build confidence and develop the skills your child needs for formal schooling. Our small group classes are carefully crafted to meet the unique learning needs, styles, and abilities of each child. We don’t believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Instead, we focus on setting goals that are meaningful and customised to support your child’s individual development. Government research shows an alarming one-third of Australian students are failing to learn to read proficiently and more than one-fifth of our nation’s children are starting school developmentally vulnerable.

Meet Mondi

Hello and welcome!

My name is Mondi and I am the owner and teacher at Little Minds. With over a decade of experience in education, I’ve witnessed the profound impact of a positive learning experience. As a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher, my goal is to create a warm, nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported and excited about their learning journey. After many years in a Pre-Prep setting, I have recognised the importance of building a bridge between kindergarten and school. This transition is crucial for helping young learners develop the confidence, independence and skills they need to succeed, while creating a long-lasting love for learning. I have also worked in other early years grades, including Year 1, and understand current curriculum requirements and expectations. Through small group and one-on-one programs, I can individualise each child’s learning and provide support to develop fundamental skills required at school. I am beyond excited to begin this educational journey with you and your child and look forward to meeting you soon!
